We offer shipping through USPS. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days with options of:
USPS Ground Advantage - Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. After your order is processed, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days once shipped.
USPS Priority Mail - Orders will be processed same day or next business day after your order is placed. Shipping normally delivers within 1-3 business days once shipped.
USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all of our orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver.
VERY IMPORTANT!!! Make sure to double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, USPS charges to reship. We will email you upon receipt and you will need to purchase our $7.99 reshipment along with providing an updated address.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We use USPS.

Bina&Co. Return Policy
Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if postmarked within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return, however if you still return the outdated merchandise order and it is postmarked after the 7 days but received before 30 days of receiving your order you will only be given store credit of 50% of the item total minus shipping. Items returned after 30 days of receiving the order will not be accepted for return. The store credit will be calculated for items purchased and does not include amount paid for shipping and handling. Returned items should be sent to the address below.
All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached.
If we make a shipping error and accidentally ship a wrong item please email us at binaandcompany@gmail.com ASAP
We don't offer exchanges.

All jewellery, travel or makeup bags are non refundable for hygiene reasons.
Return Instructions
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs through USPS. Please include the packing slip with your return and all tags attached in unworn condition. Make sure to keep tracking number of returned item for we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping carrier. It is the customers responsibility to inquire about lost returned packages with the shipping carrier.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you minus shipping.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at binaandcompany@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
All full priced purchased items are eligible for store credit minus shipping when purchased from November 19th - December 20th.
